1. Business operations were managed through disconnected systems and manual processes. 2. Import processes, especially Letter of Credit management, were difficult to track.

Solution

1. The project brings procurement, importing, inventory, manufacturing, sales, accounting, and HR into one integrated ERP platform. Each business function is organized into a dedicated module. 2. The Imports module provides dedicated Letter of Credit and import shipment workflows. It allows the business to manage import-related information in one place instead of relying on spreadsheets and separate records.
